Are you really paying cash for my land?

While we use the term “cash,” you will get paid directly from the closing company by wire transfer or check when the transaction closes.

How fast can you close?

We always use a title company or attorney to complete the transaction and can close as soon as the paperwork is completed. Typically, this is 2-3 weeks.

Are there any hidden fees or costs?

When you sell your land to Lewkin Properties, there are NO fees, commissions, or advertising costs. We also cover all closing expenses. What we offer you is what you take home.

Will you buy my land as-is?

Yes, we will buy your land exactly as it is right now! No work is required by you.

What if I don’t know anything about the land?

Many of the people we work with have never been to the property! We do our own research on land we buy so it’s perfectly fine if you don’t have specific details.

How do I accept the offer I’ve received?

We can move forward with buying your land when you sign and send back the purchase agreement by email, text, fax, or mail. We can also send the agreement to your email to sign electronically. Always feel free to call or email us if you have any questions.

What if there are liens or back taxes on the property?

You’ll NEVER have to spend any money out of pocket when you sell to us. Any back taxes or money owed can be discussed and factored into our offer.

If I request an offer, is there any obligation?
